This is a re-production of the award-winning presentation, originally delivered on Nov. 29 in Xiamen, China by Stephen Liu. Centered around the cultural and educational purpose of the project, the speaker explains how the Area has achieve all the six critera of the International Livable Community Awards in addition to its green architecture. The criterea are Strategic Planning, Community Participation and Empowerment, Enhancement of the Natural and Built Landscape, Environmental Best Practices, Arts, Culture and Heritage, and Healthy Lifestyle.

 

台南市南瀛天文教育園區於 2013 年 11 月 29 日在中國廈門市參賽獲獎簡報，由劉宜鑫製作並呈現。簡報以人與教育為主軸，彰顯園區在綠建築設計外，如何符合國際宜居城市大賽六大指標，即策略規劃、社區參與及賦權、自然與建築環境之提升、最佳環保案例、藝術人文與遺產、健康的生活方式等六項。
